You will get the registration number and track and trace information by e-mail when the order has been dispatched.
Return Policy: CT does not take responsibility for damaged jewel cases during shipping when the CD itself is undamaged. Jewel cases are fragile and postal/shipping workers are often... "clumsy" people. I am counting on your understanding.

If you will feel disappointed anyway and count on some kind of compensation... CT can return to you shipping costs for the case replacement.
